The product is manufactured with EN-8D and 20 Crmo materials, it is fully carbureted making 0.8 -08 deepness and the hardness of surface 58-60 HRC. After the heat treatment the hardness for the depth reaches to 38-45 HRC. 

Its working is deeply plated with hard chrome (0.03-00.5) with vickers hardness >800-100 and melting point > 1800=, making the valve noise free and resistance to adhesion strong abrasion.
